What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and triage alerts flagged by fraud detection tools and internal reports
- Investigate suspicious accounts and transactions, recommending and executing account actions as necessary
- Maintain performance metrics and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document findings clearly and consistently in the employer's fraud management tools
- Educate customers on best practices for safe shipping and preventing fraudulent activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, focusing on fraud prevention, trust & safety, or customer service
- Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs or productivity targets in an operational environment
- Comfort working in multiple systems (e.g., Sift, Stripe, Looker)
- Integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive data and decisions
