      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
      - Assist with completing lost or stolen reports and block compromised accounts to prevent further fraudulent activity
      - Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials
      - Acquire knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Follow established procedures and receive close supervision while completing assigned tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Ability and flexibility to work assigned hours in a 24/7 Call Center
      - Availability for all work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
      - Requirement to be on camera during training and other designated times
      - Must have a hardwired internet connection with no wireless providers or routers

      - Experience in a customer service or fraud detection role
