What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create complex, realistic tasks that challenge AI agents using domain expertise
- Develop detailed versions with objective scoring and ambiguous versions for training purposes
- Collaborate with the quality team to familiarize yourself with guidelines and project onboarding
- Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to produce coherent outputs
- Design engaging examples, cases, or workflows based on your domain knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance-related roles (e.g., investment firms, banks, consulting)
- Advanced (C1) level of English proficiency
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel (advanced), R, Python, MATLAB, and SQL
- Ability to write clearly and professionally, explaining complex tasks in simple, structured language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possession of CFA or any related globally recognized qualification
- Experience in cross-functional, applied, or international projects, especially in consulting contexts
- Creativity in designing realistic workflows based on domain knowledge
