  The Role: Freelance Product Designer

  As part of our Product Design team at ShopSimon you will help to enhance and build on our expansive marketplace, guaranteeing our shoppers are not only delighted by our brands and prices, but by their experience as well.

  Work within the Product team to deliver site and app designs that help shoppers find their favorite brands and products while serving up personalized and new and interesting features and marketing and merchandising campaigns and programs. Come help us bridge the offline and online worlds of retail!

  What You’ll Do:

  • Work with other Product Designers and Product Managers to craft user experiences in Figma for both web and app.
  • Work with stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to define and design user flows that convert based on the campaign or program need and desired KPI.
  • Occasionally work with User Researcher to prep and tweak prototypes for usability studies.

  • Ability to work 5-10 hours per week independently, with availability to attend weekly meetings during business hours.
  • 3-4 years of product design experience (in web and app); e-commerce is experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience using Figma
  • Be comfortable working independently

  Base Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 - $60.00/ hour
