  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the full freelance recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers/contracts
  - Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows for freelancers and external partners
  - Develop innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a pipeline of top freelance talent
  - Build and maintain relationships with schools and universities to attract aspiring designers and engineers
  - Track and optimize vendor utilization, performance trends, and satisfaction metrics
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, vendor management, or operations, ideally within an agency environment
  - Proven success in hiring or managing freelance talent in Design, Engineering, or related fields
  - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  - Strong judgment balancing speed, quality, cost, and long-term relationship impact
  - Familiarity with freelance contracts, rate cards, and vendor agreements, or a willingness to learn quickly

  - Understanding of the design and development process
