What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of multi-platform media strategies tailored to client and venture objectives
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Monitor performance daily and proactively optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives
- Collaborate with design, content, and UGC teams on creative concepts tailored for each platform
- Build and present performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Proven track record with e-commerce or DTC brands, including full-funnel performance campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
- Comfortable managing five/six-figure+ monthly budgets across channels
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage effectively with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a performance marketing agency or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with landing page CRO, post-click optimization, and Shopify-based funnels
- Experience testing influencer whitelisting and UGC-based campaigns on Meta or TikTok
- Google Ads certifications or TikTok Blueprint certifications are a plus
