- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
- Meet with potential clients to understand their shipping and logistics needs
- Research markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales opportunities
- Attend networking events, workshops, and industry functions
- Deliver presentations and negotiate service agreements
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities
- 5+ years of freight forwarding sales experience
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Medical Insurance + Employer Contribution up to $1,500 annually for medical expenses

- Paid Holidays: All major holidays are observed
- PTO: 1 week accrued in Year 1, 2 weeks in Years 2-5, and 3 weeks after 5+ years

This is a true outside sales role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, developing long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth. The company provides lead support through marketing initiatives and inbound opportunities, while giving sales professionals the autonomy to build their own book of business and maximize earnings.
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000+ / Year DOE
