      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide compassionate customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and instant messaging
      - Translate complex health and welfare and pension terms into simple explanations for clients
      - Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
      - Maintain accurate call and case notes in English
      - Participate in team meetings and training sessions regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent French language skills
      - Ability to seamlessly move between French and English calls
      - Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
      - High school degree required
      - Experience working in a customer service environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree
      - Knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans
      - Experience working in a call center environment
