Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant provides services to Hope support recipients through their work in customer service and administration. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant supports the agency by performing administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail and faxes, arranging meetings including scheduling of conference rooms, and maintaining the receptionist area in an orderly and professional manner. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant also serves as administrative support to programmatic teams and the Foster Care & Adult Licensing Specialist to ensure all aspects of home licensing are completed according to State and Federal Licensing, Home and Community Based Waiver Services, Child Placement Agency regulations and Hope standards. This position serves as administrative support to the Executive Assistant in the completion of various tasks and projects including data entry, quality assurance of documentation, and other special projects as assigned. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality in maintaining privacy and security of sensitive information.
