- Provide general support to visitors who come into the office.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Responsible for the facilities operations (such as ordering door keys) and contacting Environmental Services for office repairs.
- Answer the phone and route calls to specific people.
- Process and ensure payment of Human Resources invoices.
- Providing employee/new hire with ID cards.
- College degree preferred
- 2 years of front desk or office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
