Job Description
- Req#: 50885
- Runs all front office reports
- Assures that all special requests are handled in advance to assure positive guest relations
- Answers phone at control desk and processes information from all other areas of the hotel and casino
- Processes express check-outs and assures that guests receive copies of billing
- Overseas and participates in assuring that complete and accurate over/credit reports are done on a daily basis and that all discrepancies are brought to the attention of the front desk manager and thoroughly rectified before downtime
- Assists manager in completing the housekeeping/front desk discrepancy report to ensure that all improper occupancy statues are rectified or justified and documented assures that all vacant rooms are available for resale
- Assists the front desk management in assuring that all "walked guests" are treated in a professional manner and that all pertinent paperwork is completed regarding the same
- Assists in the check-in and check-out of guests when necessary
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
- May perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- One year experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations required
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Experience with LMS
