  We are looking for a senior engineer/lead engineer (hands-on, problem solver, technical expert) to:
  • collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, minimum viable products, business cases and quality control
  • connect with and influence stakeholders
  • contributing to the design of the system by participating in the architecture and technical discussions with the team
  • build and maintain applications in an Agile environment

  Your team

  You’ll be working in the core platform engineering team in Pune. We are a diverse self-organizing team based in India, Poland, Switzerland, UK & US. We build, maintain & host open, inner-sourced products, platforms & libraries for Risk & Finance.

  Your expertise

  We recruit T-shaped & well-rounded professionals who are deep experts in their core technologies and are open to learning new technologies. Core skills include:
  
  • react, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Data visualization libraries
  
  • microservices, RESTful API design
  
  • ability to write scalable, maintainable, and reusable code, as well as to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
  
  • effective Unit & E2E Testing
  
  • git, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
  
  • effective usage of OO Design Patterns, Data Structures
  
  • good communication and collaboration skills
  
  Knowledge in these technologies would be beneficial:
  
  • vite, Zod, React-query, Zustand, Redux, AG Grid
  
  • a11Y
  
  • devOps, Containers, Kubernetes, Azure
  
  • java
  
  • proficiency in database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, GraphQL
