- Greet and assist all guests, team members, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Serve as the face of the HR department, directing individuals to appropriate areas including the badge room and other HR services.
- Perform I-9 verifications and assist with onboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling team member records and HRIS data.
- Use Excel to support administrative and recruitment-related tasks.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Perform daily closing duties to ensure the center is secure and ready for the next business day.
- Support document management and general office operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative support role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Reports To: Supervisor, HR Solutions Center
FLSA Status: Non-ExemptOrlando Health is seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Human Resources Operations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for team members and visitors entering the Team Member Center. This on-site role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting a wide range of HR functions.
