What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review applications and insurance and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants
- Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email regarding the status of their applications
- Order pre-employment background checks for driver applicants using company software
- Ensure a smooth enrollment process for new drivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail to review applications and documents accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as text, chat, and email
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Familiarity with background check processes and related software
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
