      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and identify great candidates, particularly those who are not actively job searching
      - Test and evaluate creative sourcing strategies for effectiveness
      - Guide candidates through each phase of the hiring process with clear expectations and timely updates
      - Track and report weekly recruiting metrics to hiring teams and leadership
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and improve hiring processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years specifically in recruiting
      - Proven track record working in startup environments (Series A/B/C preferred)
      - Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through to offer
      - Strong sourcing abilities and creative candidate engagement strategies
      - Comfort with analyzing recruiting data and metrics
