      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire candidate life cycle with a focus on compliance and exceptional candidate experience
      - Execute targeted sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive technical talent
      - Conduct rigorous screening to accurately represent candidates to clients
      - Utilize ATS/CRM for daily operations and ensure data integrity for reporting
      - Negotiate pay rates with candidates while protecting Gross Profit per Hour (GP/hr) targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency/third-party staffing environment
      - Hands-on experience managing a high-volume desk using an ATS/CRM system
      - Demonstrable understanding of contingent labor financials and contractor classifications
      - Success in recruiting within IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing verticals
      - Relational communication skills that build trust with candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance and financial knowledge in contingent labor
      - Familiarity with various contingent labor models, including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C)
      - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on margin protection in placements
