      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead client intake calls to understand client needs and discuss the recruitment process
      - Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent for direct hire positions
      - Conduct interviews and reference checks for candidates, ensuring they meet client specifications
      - Maintain compliance with all legal and company standards throughout the recruitment process
      - Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships to meet and exceed expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in the state of Florida
      - Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
      - Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates
      - Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and platforms effectively
      - Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruiting and placement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in staffing or recruiting within the light industrial sector
      - Familiarity with CRM systems for documentation and invoicing
      - Proven track record of meeting production standards and generating new business
      - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage in cross-selling opportunities
