What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Full Disk encryption requirements as mandated by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
- Provide design enhancements and support for Full Disk encryption platforms, specifically WinMagic SecureDoc
- Conduct integration testing of new hardware for compatibility with encryption and remote support platforms
- Manage and maintain the infrastructure components of WinMagic SecureDoc
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues in collaboration with vendor support and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A degree from an accredited College/University in a relevant field is preferred; otherwise, 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with various Endpoint encryption products
- Proven testing capabilities with different Endpoint products
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a Position of Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hands-on incident escalation and remediation, including documentation of incident response workflows
- Familiarity with data encryption and OS recovery tools for user data recovery
- Ability to create time-sensitive deliverables and manage project tasks
