What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and facilitate training for associates in pharmacy and health and wellness areas
- Develop training programs and materials by conducting needs analysis and evaluating effectiveness
- Provide instruction on machinery operation and troubleshooting to ensure proper training
- Collaborate with managers and co-workers to meet business needs and implement effective processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in addressing any ethical issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy environment or training other associates/employees
- Must meet state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician
- Must obtain national certification certificate issued by PTCB or NHA within one year of job entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Holds an active/valid national certification certificate issued by PTCB or NHA
- Certification or coursework in focus group or meeting facilitation
- Experience as a full-time trainer in a manufacturing environment
