What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide functional application and business expertise to support end users by coaching and mentoring on best practices
- Analyze and troubleshoot user issues, implementing solutions and documenting service desk requests
- Create and maintain application support documentation, including functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with IT staff to develop training materials and deliver instruction to end users
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and act as project functional lead during system enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year degree in business or related field, or two or more years of relevant technical or business work experience with large enterprise financial systems
- Two to four years of accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, asset management, general ledger, and/or budgeting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interacting with users on software use, business practices, and workflows
- Familiarity with the PeopleSoft Finance suite or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
