      Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage and oversee the funding operations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds to dealers.
      • Develop and implement funding policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
      • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless transition from credit approval to funding.
      • Communicate with Credit Analysts and Dealer Partners to resolve discrepancies and obtain additional information when necessary.
      • Manage the Funding Associate to conduct thorough reviews of all collateral supporting documentation for accuracy to ensure proper collateral perfection.
      • Review and verify all documentation related to finance contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
      • Manage the Funding team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all funding transactions and documentation.
      • Develop and implement funding checklists and quality standards
      • Utilize Microsoft Office and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to process and manage funding transactions.
      • Maintain detailed records of all funding activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
      • Work closely with dealers to resolve any issues related to funding and provide exceptional customer service.
      • Train and mentor funding staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement, to achieve departmental goals.
      • Manage and provide excellent customer service and support to dealers and customers regarding funding questions and concerns.
      • Regularly review and analyze funding processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
      • All other job duties assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in funding operations or a related field in a financial services or banking industry,
      • A minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial role.
      • Previous experience in funding or related financial services is mandatory.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Strong familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
      • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Working knowledge of financial services regulations together with all internal policies and procedures
      • Working knowledge of various loan structures, payment schedules, amortizations, interest rates
      • Ability to review and comprehend required entity formation documentation for all 50 states.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Deep understanding of financial information and lending regulations.
      • Excellent management and leadership to lead the team.
      • Effective interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments
      • Ability to work on-site at our Foothill Ranch, CA office.

      Profile Differentiators:

      • Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
      • Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs)
      • Experience in a FinTech startup.
      • Advanced Professional degree

      Salary Range:

      $90,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
