      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead day-to-day execution of a statewide fundraising campaign towards a seven-figure goal
      - Manage internal meetings and workflows to ensure alignment among staff and leadership
      - Write and support grant applications, utilizing AI tools for efficiency
      - Conduct donor prospect research and maintain organized outreach materials
      - Collaborate with the development team to integrate campaign efforts and support donor stewardship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, campaign management, and grant writing
      - Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
      - Familiarity with donor research tools and deep knowledge of the Cincinnati philanthropic community
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Windows and experience with fundraising database applications, preferably Bloomerang
