What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with funeral services at chapel and off-site locations
- Aid in first calls and removals at the locations of death
- Drive vehicles as required for services
- Greet customers and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the funeral home and equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Additional training provided by the employer
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow directives and maintain a positive attitude
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Compassionate understanding and ability to deal with grieving individuals
- Previous experience in funeral services or related field
