What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project process, coordinating installation activities and resources
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and correspondence
- Participate in project planning and design meetings, providing input and ensuring accuracy in final plans
- Monitor job sites during delivery and installation phases, resolving issues as they arise
- Communicate project status and updates to the sales team and clients to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or Design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related field
- Knowledge of construction or project management principles, with 3-5 years of practical application
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and installation drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification, safety training, or LEED certification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with commercial furniture project phases
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint and Project is a plus
- Experience in developing customer relationships and leading project teams
- Ability to adapt to changing initiatives and make independent decisions
