What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point-of-contact throughout the project process, coordinating with internal and subcontracted resources
- Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and correspondence, while executing project timelines
- Participate in project planning and design meetings, providing input and ensuring accuracy in proposals and bids
- Monitor job sites during delivery and installation phases, resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through consistent communication and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or Design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or construction
- Knowledge of construction or project management principles acquired through education or on-the-job experience
- Ability to navigate AutoCAD drawings and interpret floor plans and installation drawings
- Valid driver's license and own transportation for travel within the designated market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management, safety training, and/or LEED certification
- Familiarity with commercial furniture projects and preferred vendor products
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and adapt to changing initiatives
