      Play an active role in driving the strategy and unlock new business opportunities at Pandora
      The Global Business Unit team is run out of our headquarters in Copenhagen and is part of the Global Business Units which sits within Pandora Global Marketing. It is an agile team with an ambitious agenda that plays a key role in the company’s growth strategy. The team is responsible for the product and communication strategy at Pandora, all rooted in deep consumer understanding.

      As Brand Manager for the Modern Classics collections, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute and accelerate the growth opportunity behind this business line. Reporting to the GBU Brand Director – Modern Classics you will be working on a wide range of exciting strategic and brand driven projects, building the business and taking it into new commercial 360 product and marketing solutions. Furthermore, you will ensure delivery by leading a global cross-functional team of external and internal experts and stakeholders, curiously testing boundaries and firmly reaching the goals and getting things done.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Help build the product strategy and 3 years road map , unlocking new growth opportunities and influencing the direction of the collection / category. Drive the strategic priorities in the shorter term – yearly cycle work.
      • Gather near-term and long-term insights on consumers, the competitive landscape and the overall commercial performance of the business. Translate insights into clear objectives and actions and ensure follow through.
      • Briefs and collaborates with creative teams and agencies to bring to life the brand strategy and deliver business objectives through 360 communication toolkits. Follow through on implementation, gathering insights that will help shape the future strategy and plans.
      • Create, communicate and qualify compelling concepts and oversee the execution across product & communication
      • Lead performance analysis and reporting on the collection/category. Communicate updates, identify improvements and provide recommendations as well as action learnings.
      • Communicates strategies effectively across different departments and stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, fostering a strong cross-functional collaboration

      Professional competencies:

      We are looking for a strong talent with an brand building track record, a solid analytical foundation and a genuine passion for consumers who thrives in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment. More specifically, you come with:

      • Brand building and Product strategy mastery – 6-8 years of best-in-class marketing experience from similar roles (Global or Regional in FMCG or fashion/jewellery industries), leading consumer insights work, product development and 360 communication toolkit creation & implementation
      • Consumer-centricity – proven track record of driving consumer centric initiatives across product and communication
      • Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills, incl. confidence working with data analysis and corroborate commercial/consumer/competitive insights to drive the strategy
      • International Experience – experience from global environments within the consumer electronics or FMCG industries
      • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing or Economics)

      • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills , including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
      • Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint

      The role is in Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
