What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development of additional content modules for Laaha based on requests from country offices and partners
- Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives for Laaha
- Develop guidance on government engagement related to Laaha
- Create an addendum to the GBViE Operational Guide focused on technology and GBV
- Draft briefs and facilitator guides related to GBV risk mitigation and the use of Laaha in service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced University Degree (Masters) in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or International Law
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in GBV, MHPSS, and/or SRH programming in humanitarian contexts
- Demonstrated experience in developing resources and tools related to GBV prevention and response
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, data safety/security, and ethical concerns related to sensitive data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working proficiency in another official UN language is highly desirable
- Experience with user-centered design and technology applications in programming
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into practical applications
