What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure their policy accuracy
- Navigate the CRM to collect first premiums for activating life insurance policies
- Make outbound calls to internet-generated leads to engage potential customers
- Explain policy benefits and complete necessary paperwork as required
- Assist with correspondence and error corrections related to policy service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or professional experience in a customer service-related atmosphere
- Must be comfortable collecting payments via credit card and bank draft
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-stress situations calmly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
- 1+ years of office experience and telecommunications experience
- Background knowledge in life and health insurance operations
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations
- Proficiency with computers and multitasking from various sources
