      Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 6 - Food for Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate has strong culinary knowledge and experience with community program involvement is a plus. You will also be responsible for assisting in the management/maintenance of Sodexo Standards, payroll, financials, human resource functions, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

      This is a high-profile food management position with future growth opportunity in a campus setting with high-volume retail and upscale catering services. The best qualified candidate has senior level manager experience in large dining/food operations and past experience managing multiple salaried managers. Position works closely with clients along with a diverse management team and student population on campus. Having experience with campus dining, board operations, food trends, cost analysis, and community involvement is critical to the success of this position.

      Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

      Basic Management Experience - 5 years

      Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
