- Own the Guest Experience from daily operations to high-impact private events, weddings, galas, and corporate functions.
- Lead the Team with passion—develop, inspire, and coach department heads and frontline staff across restaurant, bar, banquet, and event functions.
- Drive Revenue through event strategy, smart planning, upselling, and creating unforgettable guest journeys.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with sales, marketing, culinary, and beverage teams to execute extraordinary events and programming.
- Oversee Financial Performance —manage budgets, labor, P&L, and cost controls while ensuring guest satisfaction remains at the core.
- Be the Face of Offshore —a hands-on leader who thrives on being present, visible, and connected with both guests and team members.
- 5+ years in General Manager or senior leadership roles in high-volume venues, preferably with banquet and event-heavy operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale private and corporate events from planning to flawless execution.
- Strong background in team leadership, operational strategy, and guest service excellence.
- Financial acumen with a love for data-driven decision-making and creative revenue generation.
- A polished, high-energy presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
