      Position Summary:

      The General Manager directs, coordinates, and implements the activities of their venue. Must maintain the company's assets, ensure quality customer service and safety compliance, and incorporate company HR guidelines.

      Pay Range: $56k- $70k/year.

      Responsibilities:

      • Review financial statements, sales or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement.
      • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
      • Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures according to direction.
      • Hire and train Excellence. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, and performance evaluation.
      • Use Courage to handle disciplinary actions up to and including terminations by partnering with HR.
      • Runs staff meetings.
      • Works late nights and weekends to observe optimum lane turnover process, staff productivity, and enhanced customer service and awareness.
      • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional matter.
      • Ensures the center security system is properly used.
      • Own it by assisting in the direction and implementation of all center operations to increase revenue and lower costs.
      • Completing and reviewing all inventory reports.
      • Process invoices
      • Develops and/or increases community relationships through Respect
      • Courage to except other duties as assigned.

      Requirements

      • Previous experience as a General Manager required.
      • Spirit for the ability to take direction, be receptive to employee inquires and foster a team environment.
      • Ability to understand and meet standards for health, safety, and excellence.
      • Show Respect by being willing to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends and holidays, weather conditions, as needed.
      • Courage to retain the ability to remain alert and focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced.
      • Ability to work effectively with venue staff.
      • Detail-oriented and thorough.
      • Excellence in superior time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
      401k Information:
      You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
