- Plan, prioritize and maintain the Academy's educational portfolio for functional and technical audiences, ensuring it aligns with the latest product offerings while meeting the needs of partners and customers.
- Oversee the operational management of the Academy's infrastructure to enable scalable and effective delivery of training programs worldwide.
- Collaborate with Product Management to guarantee that training content is up-to-date, thorough, and consistent with the latest product releases and customer implementations.
- Manage certification programs and product enablement content that cater to various learning preferences, including self-paced and instructor-led options.
- Oversee live, instructor-led training, ensuring that instructors are subject matter experts and that train-the-trainer (TTT) programs are in place to uphold the highest standards of educational delivery.
- Optimize the Academy's operations by implementing automation to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the scalability of training programs.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of educational content and user progress tracking within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Leverage the full capabilities of the Academy's infrastructure, including the LMS, to maximize the delivery and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Develop and provide comprehensive reports and dashboards to track training outcomes, user engagement, and satisfaction, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Work with Product Management to substantially improve and expand existing documentation to support partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase training adoption and improve training satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives to boost training adoption, elevate user satisfaction, and ensure that educational offerings meet the highest impact standards.
- Engage with customers and partners to assess training requirements and influence content strategy and development.
- Actively participate in the ICI Academy’s leadership discussions, aligning training strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices, incorporating these insights to advance the Academy's training solutions.
- Collaborate with product management on new launches and documentation. It will enable partners on new product implementations and customers to use the latest features.
- Track record of 15+ years in building and growing customer training programs at a Software company, preferably SaaS.
- Demonstrated organizational planning, problem-solving, and influencing skills across the organization, customers and partners at CxO level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proven leadership skills.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management is a strong plus.

The General Manager (GM) of Icertis Academy, reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), is entrusted with leading the strategic portfolio, delivery, and operational management of the Academy's training and certification offerings. This executive will ensure these offerings offer an impactful learning experience for partners in building out successful ICI practices to deliver high value to customers. In addition, .the Academy will offer innovative and continuous training to customers to accelerate their value realization from the Icertis platform.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned global delivery executive who has demonstrated scaling learning and community development for high-growth software companies, preferably SaaS companies.
