As the General Manager of our Tahlequah and Fort Gibson properties, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the casino. Your duties will include monitoring daily activities, implementing programs, and reporting to executive leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in gaming operations, including electronic gaming machines, table games, poker, and other non-gaming services.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to control financial gains and losses.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic office equipment and computer programs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses.
