Job Description

- Establish and maintain a high-performance culture in your branch with a foundation built on trust, mutual respect, and integrity.
- Develop and lead execution of 5- year strategies to grow the branch and deliver on key financial, employee experience and homeowner experience results.
- Develop and execute both quarterly and annual plans for the branch in support of business objectives and in alignment with the 5-year strategy.
- Providing leadership in establishing a culture focused on safety and compliance. Help Implement and maintain Safety protocols and compliance initiatives.
- Grow and develop strong functional leaders within your branch to ensure a succession plan for key roles up to and including the General Manager.
- Work closely with Renewal support personnel and functional leaders in developing annual budgets and executing to meet those commitments.
- Direct responsibility for the leadership of all branch functions as well as indirect leadership of some other key functions that reside in the branch, such as non-traditional marketing teams.
- College degree preferred or equivalent in a business discipline.
- 5 years or more of business management experience or multi-functional leadership experience
- Prior sales and/or sales management experience preferred.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop front line leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a strong team culture.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead the sales and business operations of large single or established market retail operations through the design and implementation of strategies to achieve aggressive business goals. Success will be dependent on your ability to manage managers, provide leadership ability to coach for success and skill at fostering teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY INFORMATION
Compensation is a range $139,780 - $223,660. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation that has many determining factors including but not limited to, branch sales performance, branch operating profit, etc.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
