Provide leadership and strategic direction for all resort operations

Drive guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

Lead, coach, and develop department heads and staff

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, safety, and property maintenance

Collaborate with EOS Hospitality support teams to implement company initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in hotel/resort operations, preferably in a full-service or luxury environment
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team leadership
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of resort operations in a coastal or destination market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
