Job Description
We are looking for a passionate talent with former General Manager experience in hospitality, to lead the operations of a four-star Accor flagship hotel under the Mercure brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest at Kalvin Square, offering 420 rooms, a Winestone restaurant & bar, 9 well-equipped meeting rooms to host events up to 300 participants - suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Successful management of a four-star Accor flagship hotel, operated under Mercure brand via Hotel Management Agreement. Strengthen the hotel’s market position, search and identify new business opportunities; build up long-term business relationships. Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals. Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example; create a positive, team-oriented working environment.
