      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a General Manager to serve as general manager for our payments business unit to work closely with our executive team to accelerate the growth of our public sector payments solutions. Reporting to the Divisional President, the General Manager will lead the overall payment execution and strategy at Neumo, coordinating closely with our Sales & Product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling payments products or platforms in B2G or B2C environments, with a strong track record of P&L ownership and strategy development.


      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Ownership of the Payments business unit including P&L ownership and delivery operations
      • Building and executing on an aggressive growth strategy to establish Neumo as a market leader in B2G payment solutions
      • Partnering with the Product team, overseeing the consolidation of multiple payments products into a unified payment solution
      • Establish KPI’s and accountability metrics for the payments business
      • Work closely with the Sales team on pipeline and new logo acquisition
      • Ownership of merchant processor relationships and continuous evaluation for optimization opportunities
      • Perform other duties as assigned.


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading a payments business or division
      • Experience working with state and local government customers
      • Strong interpersonal influencing and networking skills
      • Fluent in payments metrics and KPI’s and experience
      • Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering and Finance


      Work Environment:

      • Office setting with a moderate noise level.
      • The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.


      Physical Demands:

      • Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
      • Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines.
      • Occasional movement around the office.
      • Frequent communication via telephone.
