What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Utilize computer skills to manage calls and navigate systems effectively
- Maintain a dedicated home office space free from distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to use basic computer functions, such as copy and paste, and troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal success
- A quiet home office or workspace free from noise and distractions
- Successful completion of an identity verification process on the first day of training
- Ability to pass a background check prior to the start of phone time
