Job Description

- Be a strategic thought partner to help create marketing strategies that improve sales and redemption
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to launch new designs in stores and online
- Manage all aspects of gift card inventory and production
- Forecast and track physical and virtual inventory levels across all channels of the business
- Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoice submissions.
- Partner with the analytics team to create gift card segmentation strategies that drive loyalty and new client acquisition.
- Perform regular and ad hoc business analyses to understand trends across multiple channels (first party, third party, corporate)

- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Creative self-starter with can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach

- High level problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- At least 3-5 years experience in an Excel focused role
- Retail and/or Marketing experience

The Opportunity:
As a Gift Card Manager, you will be responsible for achieving operational excellence and implementing strategic goals for the Gift Card Business for the 1st party US and Canada business. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Gift Cards, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategies to drive both activations and redemptions for 1st party GC business. You will be working with a vast network of cross functional partners (Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Client Services, Marketing, Retail Operations, DCs, IT, Fraud, Legal) as well as external partners. The annual base salary range for this position is $111,690.00 - $124,830.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
