      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare GIS data for reports and presentations, detailing data entry and analysis results
      - Create and revise maps, supporting updates of GIS and CAD data for assigned projects
      - Assist in research and review of legal documents and related information
      - Update GIS datasets in an enterprise geodatabase and resolve data errors
      - Utilize GPS and mobile GIS systems to collect field data and verify existing GIS data accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Geographical Sciences, Computer Science, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a GIS professional, including proficiency in ESRI and Autodesk products
      - Ability to pass necessary pre-offer and post-offer background checks
      - Valid driver's license and safe driving record
      - Must be at least 18 years old

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - GISP Certification
      - ITIL Foundation certification
      - Experience editing water, sewer, stormwater, or telecommunication utility networks
      - Familiarity with mobile data collection tools for water utility assets
      - Understanding of relational databases and geodatabase design best practices
