      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce accurate geospatial data and mapping products for documenting trust lands and encumbrances
      - Support migration of Land Area Code (LAC) data into the ESRI Enterprise Parcel Fabric
      - Create dashboards and dynamic views for project tracking and geospatial decision-making
      - Administer geospatial databases and conduct quality control processes within the ESRI parcel fabric environment
      - Collaborate with various teams to assist in the Fee-to-Trust process and develop metadata for new digital spatial datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
      - Experience interpreting legal land descriptions, rights-of-way, and lease information
      - Proficiency with the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Parcel Fabric) and similar platforms
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of technical and program stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with parcel mapping, land records, ESRI Parcel Fabric, or trust land datasets
