      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the project manager, coordinating between contractor management and federal staff
      - Develop geospatial dashboards and applications to support leadership and mission objectives
      - Manage internal and external portals, ensuring user-friendly content organization
      - Create scripts to streamline geospatial workflows and applications
      - Ensure compliance with data standards and produce appropriate metadata for datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in geography, remote sensing, geospatial technology, or natural science
      - Minimum of 7 years of relevant geospatial experience, with at least 5 years leading a team
      - Extensive experience with ArcGIS and related tools for data analysis and cartography
      - Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, .NET, and Java
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government background check and clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using ERDAS Imagine or comparable applications for raster analysis
      - Familiarity with enterprise geodatabase systems and automation of geospatial tasks
      - Proven ability to document procedures for data consistency and knowledge transfer
      - Local and occasional out-of-area travel experience to support program operations
      - Knowledge of geospatial theory, including coordinate systems and projections
