What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce interactive maps, dashboards, reports, and presentations using geospatial data
- Integrate research data into engaging visualizations for business development
- Respond to internal and external requests for data and information
- Research and extract data from various sources for analysis
- Educate clients on GIS capabilities and resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in geography, GIS, urban planning, economics, or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience with the Esri platform and other data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Customer service-centric mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Model Builder, Python Scripting, Machine Learning, CARTO, and Mapbox
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus
