What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support for PA Department of Agriculture GIS systems and guide architectural decisions
- Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) GIS products such as ESRI Survey123 and ESRI Collector
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to CADD/GIS systems
- Maintain current inventory of all hardware, software, upgrades, and fixes for each site
- Assist with IT helpdesk tickets and maintain problem report records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing, configuring, and administering ESRI COTS products, including Survey123 and Dashboard
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering an ESRI ArcGIS Online organization
- Proven experience in troubleshooting with minimal supervision
- Ability to develop documentation, standards, and direction for systems
- Experience in teaching technical concepts and developing training materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GIS architecture solutioning
- Experience in performing hardware and software installations and maintenance
- Knowledge of tracking version upgrades and notifying stakeholders of available updates
