What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned global clients, building executive relationships and establishing long-term partnership strategies
- Lead global account planning processes and strategic business reviews to align client goals with the employer's solutions
- Act as the global program orchestrator, ensuring consistent program delivery and supporting local market adaptation
- Leverage reporting tools and data analytics to deliver actionable insights for client decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to track account profitability and identify revenue growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in client-facing roles within the travel industry or related fields, with at least 3 years in global or multi-regional account management
- Proven experience leading complex, multinational programs with matrixed stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and experience driving client value and program optimization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and performance tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with major online booking tools, expense platforms, or travel technology solutions
- Familiarity with travel management company operating models and key industry KPIs
- Project management or change management certification
