      Global Brand Lead- Hereditary Angioedema (HAE)

      Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Global Brand Lead- HAE (Hereditary Angioedema) at the Associate Director level in our Cambridge, MA office.

      As the Global Brand Lead- Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) working in Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS) team, Takeda’s Global Commercial Strategy unit, you will be empowered to lead development of growth and competitive strategies, help drive successful global launch(es) and provide strategic input to future product life-cycle innovations.

      How you will contribute:

      • Drive the global growth of HAE by developing and implementing growth and competitive strategies

      • Play a key role in leading and aligning global cross-functional partners and regions to develop strategies and resources that meet patient needs today and for the future

      • Lead global cross-functional team efforts on product innovation and/or indication launch; create the objective, strategic direction and a cross-functional plan which prioritizes resources and measures success.

      • Help shape the global competitive response to address current and future market dynamics

      • Contribute to the development of the portfolio marketing plans including the annual Global Brand Plan in line with the target product positioning, strategies, and goals; partner with core global team leads and regional affiliates to ensure delivery of the Global Brand Plan that meets the patient needs in the regions.

      • Define and implement specific growth marketing initiatives in partnership with the Global cross-functional team and the Regions.

      • Drive activities with Global Agency of Record in support of the development and management of the commercial initiatives, campaign, and resources

      • Represent HAE global marketing among the regional teams and global functions (e.g. patients’ solutions, comms, diagnostic, etc.) across the organization

      Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

      • Undergraduate degree in business, science, or related discipline required. An advanced degree (MD or MBA) is preferred

      • 8+ years pharma/biotech industry experience and 5+ years product marketing experience.

      • Previous rare disease and/or launch experience is preferred.

      • International product marketing experience is preferred.

      • Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel
