      Job Purpose and Impact

      Global CI Lead, Process Excellence would be working with the Finance Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the leading Continuous Improvement priorities for Finance. Delivering projects and embedding change programs that will deliver business growth, optimize operations, and reduce costs. Through your strategic leadership you will deploy the Continuous Improvement strategy whilst building continuous improvement capability and culture to accelerating end-to-end Process Excellence. You will build effective relationships across all levels of teams and facilitate training to continue to build a change culture across the business.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Responsible for the Continuous Improvement roadmap and capability building.
      • Partner with Finance Leadership Team to execute continuous improvement plans and projects.
      • Directly communicate to partners updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues, and risks.
      • Independently identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices.
      • Independently develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with medium to high cost and risk to reach and sustain project goals.
      • Provide direction to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization and resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies to meet business needs.
      • Provide leadership and coaching team members and stakeholders on CI methodologies and tools. Facilitate kaizen, value stream mapping and be a strategic contributor.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      • Minimum of six years of related work experience

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Five years of experience of leading continuous improvement for global team.
      • Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certified, Professional Scrum Master
      • Substantial experience leading large scale continuous improvement deployment.
      • Experience of leading change within large, complex businesses/functions with an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
      • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (lean six sigma, agile), project delivery and portfolio management
      • Ability to influence with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to challenge the status quo and communicate continuous improvement strategic goals effectively.
      • Experience facilitating large scale complex Kaizen/Value Stream Mapping/LSS trainings for senior stakeholders.
      • Expert in applying Lean principles and drive value realization in Finance organization.
