What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret website performance data focusing on customer behavior and conversion metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing, and IT/project teams
- Identify UX friction points and opportunities through conversion funnel visualizations and heatmaps
- Collaborate with eCommerce and IT teams to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests for optimization
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and business-focused manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep experience with web analytics tools, specifically GA4
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience in managing tracking tags and ensuring data integrity
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and UX/UI principles
- Experience in personalization initiatives and behavioral segmentation
- Knowledge of digital strategy trends and insights
