- Collect, analyze and interpret website performance data with a focus on customer behavior, site engagement and conversion funnel metrics. Define and track KPIs such as conversion rate (attachment rate), bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment and channel attribution
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders across eCommerce, marketing and IT/project teams. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed
- Identify UX friction points and opportunities via conversion funnel visualizations, heatmaps, session recordings, etc.
- Tagging & Implementation
- Partner with IT to implement and manage tracking tags (ex: Google Tag Manager). Ensure accurate tagging of all website elements across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with eCommerce and project/IT teams to plan, execute and analyze A/B tests
- Use test results and behavioral data to make recommendations on content layouts, CTA placement, checkout flows, navigation and UX improvements
- Support personalization initiatives by identifying behavioral segments and tailoring content and site experiences accordingly
- Support broader digital strategy by identifying trends, opportunities and areas of concern
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise and business focused manner

We are seeking a data-driven and detailed-oriented Global eCommerce Analyst to lead the collection, analysis and reporting of website performance metrics. The position is global, with a high focus on the US. This role plays a critical part in understanding user behavior, measuring site effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization and informing business decisions through actionable insights. The ideal candidate has deep experience with web analytics tools (specifically GA4), a strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
