What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and recruit top-tier candidates for executive positions with a focus on business development
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to create accurate position specifications
- Build talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and detailed candidate profiling
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' hard and soft skills for cultural fit
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically for Executive (Director and above) placements
- Proven experience working in a remote role
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Ability to maintain professionalism when engaging with senior-level executives
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the BPO industry
- Background in recruiting for sales/business development executives
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate
