- Define and implement a standardized global financial framework for FM budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead the development of global financial controls and policies that ensure transparency, compliance, and accurate cost attribution to the real estate portfolio.
- Oversee the financial transition of supplier contracts and building-related costs to the real estate side of the client’s P&L.
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional FM leads and client stakeholders, providing financial insight, scenario planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with global and regional client finance teams to align FM financial management with overall corporate financial goals.
- Partner with site and country-level FM teams to embed a culture of financial ownership and operational cost awareness.
- Develop and maintain a suite of financial dashboards, scorecards, and tools that deliver visibility of cost performance, risks, and opportunities across all sites and regions.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting on FM spend, including variance analysis, forecasting accuracy, and savings performance.
- Monitor and assess the impact of global and regional financial changes on local FM operations and vice versa.
- Drive continuous improvement in budget management processes, including training and coaching for FM teams at all levels on financial best practices.
- Lead the standardization and automation of budget tracking, invoice validation, and supplier cost reporting.
- Support the deployment of financial systems and tools that enhance global collaboration and local execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within facilities management, real estate, or complex outsourced service contracts.
- Proven experience working in a global environment with cross-regional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of FM cost structures, supplier contract models, and financial transition of OPEX budgets.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change.
- Experience in using financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Yardi, Coupa) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Job Title: Global Finance Lead – Facilities Management Account
Location: Global (Flexible, with ability to work across time zones)

Role Summary
The Global Finance Lead is responsible for driving financial governance, control, and performance management across the Facilities Management (FM) operations of a global real estate account spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America. This strategic role leads the development and implementation of standardized budget management processes and financial reporting frameworks that support the transition of FM-related costs from business units to the real estate function within the client’s P&L.
This role will enable accurate, transparent, and risk-aware financial planning and control across a diverse global portfolio. It will also empower site, country, and regional FM teams to actively manage budgets and deliver operational excellence aligned with the client’s financial strategy.
